International Shipping, Customs & Duties

Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to local taxes, customs duties, and import fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for all Import Fees.

Import duties and taxes vary by country, and Ashlyn Paige is unable to control or predict these charges.

If you refuse a shipment from Ashlyn Paige, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, delivery issue, unpaid customs/import fees, or refusal of delivery, we do not issue refunds for returned packages.

Once a returned package is received, we will contact you and hold the package for 7 days to arrange reshipment.

We do not refund packages that have been returned to sender.
